All five days of Banking Frontier 2026 take place at Holiday Inn Amsterdam — Arena Towers, a conference-grade venue in the Amsterdam ArenA area with direct rail access to Schiphol and central Amsterdam.

Getting to the venue
Your delegate fee includes event access, refreshments, lunch each day and conference materials. Travel, accommodation, airport transfers and travel insurance are not included and are the delegate's responsibility.

Visa support
For delegates who require travel documentation, official visa support letters can be arranged after confirmed registration and payment, according to event policy.

Letters are issued within 5 working days of receiving complete payment and documents. Please apply for your visa as early as possible — Schengen processing can take 15–45 days depending on your local consulate.
