Plan your arrival
The best experience comes from arriving ahead of the opening sessions, especially on Day 1 and for keynote-heavy mornings.
Ideal if you want time for registration, coffee, and early networking before the first sessions begin.
Still comfortable for most days, but allow extra time if you want to be seated before the opening keynote.
The busiest arrival window. Arrive earlier if you do not want to miss the opening summit moments.
Breaks & quiet spaces
Typically scheduled around 10:30 and 15:15, with networking built into each break.
Networking lunch is scheduled around 12:30 each day as part of the summit flow.
A quieter environment is available for informal calls, preparation, or short breaks during the day.
The event team is available throughout the summit to help with navigation, timing, and practical questions.
