1. Legal organiser

Banking Frontier 2026 is organised by Zenith-Energie International s.r.o., Rezlerova 273/74, Petrovice, 109 00 Praha, Czechia. Company ID: 02354357. VAT ID: CZ02354357. ("the Organiser").

2. Event

Banking Frontier 2026 takes place 23–27 November 2026 at Holiday Inn Amsterdam — Arena Towers, Hoogoorddreef 66a, 1101 BE Amsterdam, Netherlands.

3. Price and VAT

Listed prices are per delegate, exclusive of VAT where legally required. The price applicable to your registration is the price in effect on the date your registration is received.

4. Payment deadline

Payment is due within five (5) days of invoice. Access to the event will not be granted if payment has not been received before the event date.

5. Booking liability

Once a booking is made, there is a 50% liability for the registration fee. The full fee becomes due if cancellation falls within the no-refund period (see below).

6. Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: 50% refund or transfer to a future Group Zenith event.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event: no refund. Substitutions are accepted (see clause 8).
  • All cancellations must be made in writing to info@group-zenith.com.

7. No-refund period

From 30 days before the event start date, no refunds will be issued. Paid delegates may substitute another colleague at no extra charge (clause 8).

8. Delegate substitutions

Substitutions of one delegate for another colleague from the same organisation are accepted up to one week before the event at no charge. Submit substitution requests in writing.

9. Programme changes

The Organiser reserves the right to alter the conference content, speakers, agenda, venue or format if required. Programme changes are not grounds for refund.

10. Hybrid or online format changes

In the event of circumstances outside the Organiser's control, the Organiser may switch to a hybrid or fully online format. Refunds are not issued for format changes.

11. Force majeure

The Organiser is not liable for cancellation, postponement, format change or any other consequence resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, public-health restrictions, strikes, war or terrorism.

12. Voucher conditions

Where a credit voucher is issued in lieu of refund, the voucher is valid for 24 months from issuance, transferable within the same organisation, and applicable to any future Group Zenith event.

13. Travel responsibility

Delegates are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodation, transfers and travel insurance. The delegate fee does not include any of these.

14. Photography and recording

The event will be photographed and may be recorded. By attending, delegates consent to their image being captured and used in event materials, marketing and post-event coverage, unless they opt out in writing in advance.

15. Code of conduct

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.

16. Intellectual property

All presentations, recordings and materials are the property of their respective speakers and/or the Organiser. Delegates may not reproduce, distribute or publish summit content without written permission.

17. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague.
