Beware of fraudulent solicitations

Third parties may contact exhibitors claiming to sell attendee lists, hotel rooms, logistics services, or registration support. These companies are not affiliated with Banking Frontier 2026 or Group Zenith.

What to look out for

Common scams.

!

Attendee list sales

Third parties may offer to sell you the attendee or visitor database. Banking Frontier 2026 does not sell or release attendee contact data to outside parties.

!

Unauthorised hotel agents

Companies may claim to manage official hotel bookings and ask for immediate payment. Always use the official event website or verify accommodation requests with the event team.

!

Fake invoices or listings

Some companies send invoices for directory listings, registration confirmations, or event services you never requested. Do not pay before checking directly with your Group Zenith contact.

!

Logistics and freight scams

Unsolicited freight, shipping, storage, or customs offers should be treated with caution. Only use logistics support shared through official event communication.

!

Look-alike domains

Be careful with emails sent from domains that imitate the organiser or event website. Official communication should come from verified Group Zenith channels and confirmed event contacts.

!

Pressure tactics

Be cautious if someone demands urgent payment to secure a stand, listing, hotel room, or service. Our team does not use aggressive payment pressure or last-minute scare tactics.

Verify before paying

Three checks every time.

  • Sender check. Confirm the sender is a verified Group Zenith or official event contact.
  • Contact check. Verify any unexpected request with your assigned account manager or the event team.
  • Source check. If the request is not coming through an official event channel, treat it as suspicious until confirmed.

Contact our team

Official channels only

How official services are handled.

Use only official event channels for Banking Frontier 2026 services. If an offer does not come through the organiser or your confirmed event contact, verify it first.

Hotel and accommodation

Accommodation guidance should come through the official event website or directly from the Group Zenith team.

Freight and logistics

Logistics instructions should only be followed when shared by the organiser or through official exhibitor information.

Stand build and branding

Stand build, branding, and technical support requests should be coordinated through approved event contacts only.

Electrical and AV services

Electrical, AV, and internet-related orders should only be made through official event instructions.

Staffing and hospitality

Treat third-party staffing, hostess, or hospitality offers with caution unless they were introduced through the organiser.

Additional stand services

Floristry, catering, furniture, and other add-ons should be confirmed through official event guidance before payment.

If a service provider or seller is not confirmed through official event communication, verify it before responding or paying.

Quick checklist

Suspicious email test.

Before you reply, click a link, or make a payment, run through these five checks.

  • Sender check — Is the message coming from a verified Group Zenith or confirmed event contact?
  • Request check — Did you actually ask for this service or receive prior confirmation from the organiser?
  • Service check — Is the company or request clearly referenced through official event communication?
  • Pressure check — Are they pushing for immediate payment or creating urgency without explanation?
  • When in doubt — Forward the message to info@group-zenith.com and verify before proceeding.
